The reason most people don't persist with a workout is because it becomes boring...   Not at R.I.M!  We have combined over 2,000 years of knowledge to bring you the ultimate workout.  With it you will experience a structured and interesting program of self defense, fitness and fun.

Programs

  • Shim Myung Do:  A combination of Korean martial arts (Tae Kwon Do, Hap Ki Do, Sip Palque and Meditation)
  • Tae Kwon Aerobics:  Martial arts done to music, teaches self defense and gets you in shape.

  • Women's Self Defense:  Learn a quick and effective way to defend yourself.
